Duomachina respects the intellectual property rights of African and international artists, authors, producers, and publishers. To be legally valid and actionable, your notification must include: 1. **Identification of the copyrighted work:** Title, registration number (if applicable), and description or URL of the original work. 2. **Identification of the infringing material:** The specific URL(s) or exact location on duomachina.com where the disputed content is hosted. 3. **Contact Information:** Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), postal address, telephone number, and valid email address. 4. **Good-Faith Statement:** A statement affirming: *"I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."* 5. **Accuracy & Perjury Statement:** A statement affirming: *"The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."* 6. **Signature:** A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Upon receiving a complete and legally valid notice: - We will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material; - We will promptly notify the creator who uploaded the material, providing them with a copy of your complaint and notice of their right to submit a Counter-Notification.

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification (e.g. you hold an authorized license, or your use falls under fair dealing/fair use), you may submit a Counter-Notification to **dmca@duomachina.com** containing: 1. In accordance with Nigerian and international copyright statutes, Pluggedspace LTD maintains a strict policy to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. Users with three (3) verified, un-appealed copyright strikes will have their accounts permanently suspended and their access to Studio tools terminated.
