These Community Guidelines apply to all media submissions, editorial articles, comments, cultural reactions, and creator profiles.

We uphold zero tolerance for targeted harm. Prohibited behavior includes: - **Hate Speech & Tribalism:** Content promoting discrimination, disparagement, or incitement to violence against individuals or groups based on ethnicity, tribe, nationality, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation. - **Targeted Harassment & Cyberbullying:** Sustained harassment, doxxing (publishing private telephone numbers, residential addresses, or personal secrets), non-consensual sexualization, or encouraging coordinated brigading against creators. - **Threats & Violent Extremism:** Advocating violence, glorifying terrorist organizations, or publishing manifestos that incite physical harm.

We recognize that fine art, traditional African masquerade, bodily expression, and avant-garde cinema frequently explore the human form and mature themes. - **Artistic & Cultural Expression:** Nudity and bodily forms within fine art, traditional cultural ceremonies, historical documentation, and cinematic works are permitted provided they are properly tagged with mature content flags. - **Pornography & Explicit Sexual Acts:** Explicit commercial pornography, depictions of sexual intercourse, or non-consensual sexual content are strictly prohibited. - **Child Exploitation:** Zero tolerance. Any material depicting or facilitating Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) results in immediate account deletion and mandatory reporting to law enforcement.

Our cultural operating system relies on truth and authentic creative exchange: - **Scams & Financial Fraud:** No cryptocurrency pump-and-dump schemes, phishing campaigns, impersonation of financial sponsors, or deceptive multi-level marketing. - **Impersonation:** Do not pretend to be another artist, cultural figure, journalist, or Duomachina editorial staff. - **Malicious Disinformation:** Coordinated campaigns spreading fabricated news intended to incite real-world ethnic tension, political violence, or public health emergencies.

Our moderation workflow pairs automated screening filters with human cultural editors who understand contextual African nuance, vernacular, and artistic satire. If your content is restricted or removed: - We will notify you with the specific standard violated; - You have the right to submit an appeal within fourteen (14) days via **moderation@duomachina.com**; - An independent senior editor will review the appeal and render a final decision.
