Creator Monetization & Revenue Share Terms

Duomachina provides monetization infrastructure enabling creators, writers, filmmakers, and digital artists to generate revenue through: - **Digital Asset Sales:** Selling downloadable films, photography bundles, sound packs, digital zines, and design assets; - **Paid Subscriptions & Fan Support:** Monthly or annual memberships granting supporters exclusive editorial access, archival vaults, or festival perks; - **Editorial & Exhibition Royalties:** Commissioned editorial pieces, festival screenings, and featured magazine appearances. Participation in any monetization program is operated by **Pluggedspace LTD** and subject to these terms.

We prioritize putting the highest possible share of economic value directly into creators' hands: - **Digital Asset & Store Sales:** The creator receives up to **80% to 85%** of Net Revenue, with Duomachina retaining a platform service fee (typically 15% to 20%) to cover server infrastructure, storage bandwidth, and customer service. - **Fan Subscriptions:** The creator receives **85%** of Net Revenue from recurring fan tiers. - **"Net Revenue" Definition:** Gross customer payment minus third-party payment processing fees (e.g. Flutterwave card/bank processing fees), applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT) or sales taxes, and verified currency conversion charges.

Creator payouts are processed on a predictable monthly cadence: - **Schedule:** Earnings accumulated during any calendar month are disbursed between the **15th and 20th day** of the following month (e.g., January earnings are paid between February 15–20). - **Minimum Threshold:** The minimum payout threshold is **NGN 10,000** for Nigerian domestic bank accounts or **USD $50** for international wire or domiciliary transfers. Unclaimed or sub-threshold balances roll over automatically to the subsequent cycle. - **Supported Payment Channels:** Direct NGN bank transfer via NIP, mobile money, and supported international bank accounts powered by Flutterwave.

If a buyer initiates a fraudulent payment, credit card chargeback, or legitimate refund under our Refund Policy: - The disputed amount and associated processor chargeback penalty will be deducted from your creator balance; - If your account balance becomes negative, you agree that subsequent earnings will first offset this outstanding negative balance; - We reserve the right to withhold earnings for up to ninety (90) days if we identify patterns of fraudulent activity, bot engagement, or copyright disputes.

Creators are independent contractors and are solely responsible for determining and satisfying their respective personal and business tax obligations: - **Nigerian Tax Residents:** Must provide a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN). Where mandated by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) or state revenue authorities, Pluggedspace LTD may deduct applicable withholding tax (WHT) and provide statutory withholding certificates. - **International Creators:** Depending on your country of residence, you may be required to submit appropriate tax declarations (such as IRS Form W-8BEN / W-9 or foreign tax registration numbers) prior to receiving international payouts.

You may withdraw from monetization programs at any time. Any undisputed accrued balance exceeding the payout threshold will be disbursed during the next regular payout cycle. Accounts terminated for material copyright infringement, fraud, or violations of Community Guidelines forfeit unpaid revenues generated through infringing content.
