3. Notice & Action Mechanism (Article 16)

Anyone located in the EU or worldwide may submit a notice regarding content they believe to be illegal under EU or national Member State law. We confirm receipt of notices without undue delay and process them in a timely, diligent, and objective manner.

4. Statement of Reasons (Article 17)

If we restrict, demonetize, or remove any media, article, or creator account pursuant to an illegal content report or Community Guidelines violation: - We provide the affected creator with a clear, specific **Statement of Reasons** explaining the grounds for the decision; - The statement specifies whether automated tools were used in detection; - We inform the creator of available redress avenues, including internal complaint-handling and alternative out-of-court dispute settlement.

5. Internal Complaint-Handling & Appeals (Article 20)

Creators and reporters who disagree with a moderation decision have the right to lodge an internal complaint free of charge within six (6) months of receiving the decision.
