Duomachina maintains an absolute, non-negotiable zero-tolerance policy regarding the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children and minors. We comply with national and international child protection legislation, including the **Child’s Rights Act 2003 of Nigeria**, the **Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, Etc.) Act 2015**, and international standards established by UNICEF, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and the UK/EU Online Safety acts.

The production, distribution, hosting, linking to, or solicitation of **Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)** or **Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE)** is strictly prohibited. Any user or creator found uploading, attempting to upload, or facilitating CSAM on Duomachina will experience: - Immediate, permanent account termination and IP address bans; - Immediate preservation of digital forensic records and transaction histories; - Immediate, mandatory reporting to the **National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP)** and the **Nigeria Police Force Cybercrime Centre (NPF-NCCC)**; - Mandatory reporting to international bodies including **NCMEC** and **INTERPOL**.

Duomachina is not directed at children under the age of thirteen (13). - **Underage Registration Prohibited:** Individuals under 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union) may not create accounts or publish media on the Platform. - **Mature Theme Tagging:** Cultural content, films, or fine art that explore mature themes, violence, or artistic nudity are strictly gated behind explicit age-confirmation interstitial screens. Unverified guest sessions cannot view mature-rated material without active age acknowledgment.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that your minor child has registered an account without your consent, please contact **safety@duomachina.com**. Upon verification, we will promptly delete the child's account, personal information, and associated uploads from our active systems.
