Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and restrictions governing access to and use of Duomachina's services, APIs, media distribution pipelines, and community spaces. This policy protects our cultural infrastructure, African creators' intellectual property, and community members from harm, disruption, and exploitation.

You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises, disrupts, or burdens the technical infrastructure of the Platform. Strictly prohibited actions include: - Deploying or propagating viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or malicious code; - Launching Denial of Service (DoS or DDoS) attacks or packet floods; - Scanning, testing, or auditing vulnerabilities of our systems, servers, or networks without prior written authorization from our security team; - Bypassing or attempting to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHA mechanisms, or authentication barriers; - Forging TCP/IP packet headers or email routing information.

African cultural heritage, historical archives, exclusive interviews, and creative media hosted on Duomachina represent proprietary and licensed assets. - **Prohibition on Unauthorized Scraping:** You may not use automated scrapers, spiders, harvesters, crawlers, or extraction tools to harvest text, images, video assets, or audio files from the Platform. - **AI Model Training:** Duomachina strictly prohibits the use of platform content, editorial writing, and creator media for training artificial intelligence, generative models, or large language models (LLMs) without a formal, written commercial licensing agreement with Pluggedspace LTD and the respective rights-holders. - **Search Engine Indexing:** Legitimate, reputable search engine spiders (e.g. Googlebot) are permitted solely in compliance with our `robots.txt` directives.

You may not: - Resell, mirror, or syndicate platform streams, magazine issues, or editorial archives; - Rent, lease, or offer Duomachina accounts or features as part of a paid service bureau; - Embed Duomachina media players inside commercial apps or paywalled external portals without an active enterprise distribution license; - Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam), phishing attempts, or fraudulent investment schemes to platform artists or users.

Pluggedspace LTD reserves the right to monitor technical traffic patterns and investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we identify a violation, we may take immediate action, including: - Issuing formal technical warnings; - Rate-limiting, throttling, or IP-blocking suspicious addresses; - Immediate termination or suspension of user accounts without refund; - Reporting criminal conduct, digital sabotage, or financial fraud to law enforcement agencies, including the Nigeria Police Force Cybercrime Unit, INTERPOL, and relevant international bodies.

If you discover a technical vulnerability or observe violations of this AUP, please disclose it responsibly to **security@duomachina.com**. We appreciate coordinated security disclosures and treat good-faith researchers with fairness.
